Components include; chrome plated frame, stainless steel base, double ACME threaded stainless steel rod and hand crank will ensure years of dependable performance. The removable cylinder is made from food grade, 304 series-18ga stainless steel. The overall height is 19.5in. Lubricomp resin gears allow for effortless and smooth hand cranking. It comes equipped with a stainless steel pressure relief valve built into the piston head to prevent blowouts during stuffing. Piston is made from food grade plastic and includes a heavy duty Duro-Nitrile inch inch-ring. Base can be mounted to table tops. Includes a set of three plastic stuffing tubes (11/16 inch, 7/8 inch, 1.25 inch)
